Well, apparently I am the new Chronicler of the Gathering! Yes, a Captain was picked to be the recorder of the great deeds and happenings of the Gathering. Well, I volunteered, so I’ll do the best I can!

I see my position as that mainly of a record-keeper (or to use my title, a chronicler) of things such as special events and Council decisions. I also want to make an effort to keep a written record of the many different developments in different peoples’ stories within the Gathering (more on this below).

The other side of my duties involves kinship recruitment. In regard to this, I will primarily be keeping track of new and probationary members, checking up on them to make sure they are enjoying themselves, following rules, exhibiting behavior we want to see in our members, and things like that.

Touching on the record-keeping part of the position, I want to make an effort to keep some sort of attention paid to everyone’s in-game stories. Some of these also cross onto our boards. So I’m asking anyone who wants to let their character(s) story (ies) made known to either send me a message so I can make a sort of compilation with small summaries for everyone.
