How can a recluse be appointed to teach others?

I asked myself that same question when I was given this duty. I have been tasked with the welfare of many new members. I am empowered by the council to appoint ‘watchers’ who will oversee these members during certain events.

Personally, I see this as a test of my character. Will I survive this duty or will I fail it miserably?
